However, upon thinking about all of the various scenarios, it’s hard to see any state having any impact in perhaps removing Brandon except for Virginia.
Cannot imagine Youngkin and the TPTB in the Old Dominion taking such bold action.
The only other state which might matter IMO could be Nevada.
Being denied EV in these 2 states would be pivotal in a close HONEST election.
Ultimately, SCOTUS must overturn yesterday’s Colorado Supreme Court ruling, if for no other reason than to deter other states from following suit.

IMO, this country, as it has been constituted for 240+ years, is over.

So it’s NOT just being off the ballot - Biden and his goons should be put to death for treason. That’s the penalty in the Constitution... Biden and his goons are NOT above the law.
