Over the weekend, a Washington Post report detailed chaos within DeSantis’s super PAC, Never Back Down. Hours later, a top strategist left the operation — just four weeks before voting kicks off in Iowa with what might be the most critical contest for the Florida governor.
A complaint filed Monday by the nonprofit watchdog Campaign Legal Center also alleges DeSantis “illegally coordinated” with the super PAC and that Never Back Down went against an “explicit legal requirement that super PACs must remain ‘independent.'”
“DeSantis was strongest months ago. The fact is: Sunshine has not been his friend,” Seitchik said, arguing the Florida governor has struggled under national attention. “He’s has been on a southern trajectory for months now, and that’s a very serious problem.”

Yes, it is illegal for a campaign to be coordinating with a super pac and directing advertisement, the extend desantis has done.
So, you wan’t him in jail like the commies want Trump in jail. The Primary is over, move on!
The legal troubles are a critical reason why so many folks fled for the hills.
It won’t save them—a divided legal coverup cannot stand.
It would be ironic if DeSantis ends up in jail for being stupid.

We don’t want DeSantis in jail—but he was so stupid that he has become low hanging fruit for Democratic federal prosecutors.
And we should fight that as much as with Trump.
Yeah, they probably felt a tingle and peed their pants in excitement over this story.
The problem is that the DeSantis team really did violate the campaign finance laws.
They were dumb.
You can’t fix dumb.
And I bet Jeff Roe and Trump are behind the complaint that won't go anywhere but gives them all a quick headline to propagandize.
It won't help Trump, hurts Republicans, and won't matter at the end of the day.
Did I tell desantis to how to plan to commit fraud, then break the law?
Anything that happens to him, he did to himself.
But you can’t brush off the launderying of $83 million, nor all the other activities desantis has done...
Because if desantis gets away with it, then the soros people will break campaign finance laws and outspend any person on the right by 10’s to 100’s of millions.

Agent: You're through! You'll never work in this town again!
Washed up actor: What's the word on the street?
DeSantis must have believed those who said 2024 or never. He’s young enough to wait, which he should have done. It bothers me that men would aspire to be President with their own ambition. Washington did not do that. Obviously the general population and universal sufferage make for an uphill battle in furthering our Constitutional Republic.
Soros already does that, don’t be niave.
I bet Jeff Roe and Trump are behind the complaint
Yep, as expected, you’ll do anything to lie, mis-represent, or cast dispersions or inuendo to attack Trump....
What are you going to claim, next? That roe was a deep mole, planted in the desantis campaign by Trump, to sabotage desantis?
Wheels coming off, i think not. It’s more like a sled. Without runners. Like a wagon, on the ground.
I reference this sadly, because i saw desantis as a successor.
It’s been on blocks for over a year.
Put them wheels back on and get ready for the primaries...
They came off a long time ago.
