Don’t tell me what to say on this forum. Calm down, angry one.

Are we on your lawn?

Same. Nikki Haley is a poison pill of the Mitt Romney variety. An outright Democrat would be preferable.

I don’t think Rand Paul likes to self-censor and being that there are a lot of areas in which he and Trump don’t agree, he’d have to do a lot of self-censoring if he became Trump’s VP. It’s not a role he’d be comfortable with IMO, and he’s not someone Trump would or should want as his second in command. Trump needs someone who genuinely agrees with his vision 90% of the time.

But he picked Mike Pence and people went along with that. Is Haley really worse than Pence?

Trump says he isn’t ruling out Nikki Haley as a running mate when asked directly. “I’ve always gotten along with Nikki.”

Kari Lake, who identifies as the governor of Arizona, does not rule out Donald Trump picking Nikki Haley as his vice presidential running mate.

Slow news week I guess. Trump is not going to pick Haley.

Exactly. Somebody asked Tucker a “what if” question and he answered. The media’s just sliming it with their ridiculous spin.

Not to worry. Trump will not even consider Haley.

Nimrata Haley is an anchor baby. Neither one of her parents were American citizens when they plopped her onto American soil.

Nimrata is an Indian national. Let her run for president of India. /spit

The country’s in a different place now. In 2016, Trump likely felt he needed someone who could help him find common ground with the establishment. He was learning the lay of the land and had a Paul Ryan led House he had to deal with.

In Trump’s first term the establishment demonstrated that they were unwilling to work with him. On the contrary, they viewed him as a greater threat than they did, the Democrats. Lesson learned, and Trump is in a stronger position now than he was in 2016. The establishment are not as strong as they were, and the people support Trump to a greater degree now than they did then, so he has less need to work with the establishment and less need to accept one of their own as his running mate.

I’m going to step right up here and say this, if Trump picks Chris Christie as his running mate, I won’t vote for him.

(I figure that’s about as likely as “bird brain” to be selected).

For some reason, I don’t think President Trump picked Pence. Pence may have been picked for him.

““I would not only not vote for that ticket, I would advocate against it as strongly as I could,” Carlson told the AmFest audience, receiving several shocked “wows” from his fellow panelists.”

“Most of us would. “

My vote would be unaffected by who he picks as VP.

I would hope he would pick someone who would help him win but beyond that I really don’t know care who the VP candidate is. It’s noise in the grand scheme of things.

I will repeat

Trump is not going to hire any ‘keep your enemies close” hires his next time in the White House

Now. Tucker did not say what the headline says he said. To begin with

Pence- you do not know why Trumpp hired pence but pence was an enemy.

Haley will it be considered because in his second term Trump will not have to surround himself with democrats who call themselves republicans

He won’t be wiring on getting elected for another term.

“Most of us would. “

“My vote would be unaffected by who he picks as Vp”

mine would too. I was kidding. And Tuckers would too. He never said what the headline said

‘I would hope he would pick someone who would help him win but beyond that I really don’t know care who the VP candidate is. It’s noise in the grand scheme of things.’

Trump is ahead 60 points in the Republican race and he will beat any dope the democrats put up

His VP won’t matter

Who doesn’t know this?
