A U.S. appeals court on Friday revived a lawsuit by female former high school track team members challenging a Connecticut policy that allows transgender girls to compete on girls' teams.
The full 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said the four women could pursue claims that the policy deprived them of wins and athletic opportunities by requiring them to compete with two transgender sprinters.
The court did not review the merits of those claims, but only whether the plaintiffs had standing to bring them.

Yeah, like Texas had no interest in who won the 2020 election and thus had no standing, according to the Supreme Court.
Standing is the BS excuse courts use. They pulled that crap on Trump wherever he went. Ridiculous. Every US citizen has standing in a stolen Presidential election.

Regarding politically correct LGBT agenda issues, beware of activist judges who ignore that the Supreme Court established case precedent for the recognition of male and female biological sex at birth in Minor v. Happersett.
More specifically, when Virginia Minor's attorney argued that the 14th Amendment (14A) Equal Protections Clause gave her the right to vote, the Court clarified that 14A did not add any new privileges to the Constitution. So since women's suffrage was not expressly protected by the Constitution before 14A was ratified, neither was it protect after its ratification.

The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had [emphasis added].” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.
But more importantly in the context of today's sick, institutionally indoctrinated gender politics, the Supreme Court didn't tell Virginia Minor to simply claim to be a man if she wanted to vote.
In fact, note that Virginia Minor's work for women's suffrage led to the ratification of the voting rights 19th Amendment.
