U.N. climate negotiators confirmed Monday they are pushing for a deal at the COP28 climate summit in Dubai that will be the beginning of the end for fossil fuels.
Flying back to Dubai to add his voice to the negotiations, U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for “maximum ambition and maximum flexibility” to reach an agreement that can find consensus among the nearly 200 countries.
“We are in a race against time,” Guterres told reporters, AFP reports.

Not just heat. It ends energy for electric cars, ends modern transportation except walking, biking or sailing ship, and importantly ends fertilizers and chemicals needed for modern life...
The list is long. This condemns most of the people of the planet to death by starvation, lack of medicine and improper health standards.
With all of their insanity, and it is insanity, these people never suffer any consequences.
This CANNOT end well. It simply can’t. The things they propose and bring into being are purely and distinctly DESTRUCTIVE.

Ok. Cut the gas, and electricity to the UN building until they find compliant energy sources. Their jets around the world as well. Their armored personnel carriers and trucks too.

I’m depressed to think about how many in this country actually agree with this. Probably around the same number who despise mean Tweets.
They should pick a European country that wants to be green and focus to make it 100% free of oil, gas and coal. If all the efforts of the UN can’t make it work in one country, there is no way to make it work in the rest of the world. Within a few years, and half the money the UN collects, it will be an utter failure and maybe we can get some common sense back into the picture.
Yup. This is an emergency.
All electricity to all UN buildings around the world must be shut off forever.
First, the UN needs to immediately stop using all oil, coal, and natural gas. Because of this great existential (talk about an overused word) crisis, the UN can only use wind, solar, or other renewable sources, and that includes all their vehicles, planes, etc., along with all their satellite facilities.
Second, they must compel all of China to cease all operational use of coal, oil, and natural gas.
Third, they must compel Russia do the same as China.
When the UN does this, circle back to use and we’ll talk. The reality is that this climate religion is nothing more than the stalking horse to force western societies into surrendering wealth and power. Nothing more.
Third World: "Coal, gas, and oil is KILLING planet. Their use must end."
First World: "We tried to end it, but we can't."
Third World: "Okay, no problem. So you pay us reparation."
First World: "Okay, here ten trillion dollars."
Third World: "Cool."
