A teacher fired over her concern for a student’s welfare is not going down without a fight.
Bonnie Manchester, whom MassResistance reported is a Christian, was sacked from a middle school in Ludlow, Massachusetts, back in 2021 after informing a female student’s father that the school was secretly referring to his daughter as a boy.
Two years on, Manchester is filing a $10 million lawsuit against Ludlow, its school board, current and former school district superintendents, and several former school employees.

I hope this teacher wins the lawsuit. The behavior described in the article was the definition of sexual grooming of a minor and the teacher was right to inform the parents. Under no circumstances should the child's mental issues or the school's actions have been hidden from the parents.
The article doesn't say what happened to the student but I hope the parents were able to find her appropriate treatment for her mental illness.

Wish her suit was for much more- $10 mil will get downgraded to a few hundred thou to drop the case, but even if it goes o court, $10 mil will be easily covered by the far left. Heck, they will put up a gofundme site to cover the costs of the trial and make most of,that back likely.

Of He parents try to get their child help, the left will have them arrested depending on which state they are in. In some godless states, it’s illegal to detransition a child via transformative therapy or whatever they call It now- the godless schools can “transition” a child into moral degeneracy, but the parents can not “retransition” them to become moral human beings

That individual may profess a belief to now be a male because of chopping off hair and breasts yet every cell in her body will tell the truth - she was born female & will always be one, no matter the specific mental illness that has caused her to say otherwise. No, it doesn’t take a village to raise a child. It takes a parent. Unless the principal birthed the child out of whatever orifice, then hands off and stick to the 3 Rs.
How does a little middle school kid “gender transition” without a surgeon? Yeah, there is no such thing as transitioning but trying to figure out how this kid is going to get to the medical center for drugs, therapy and the big knife. Oh ok, so she and the school are playing like she’s a boy and outright lying to the parents and disregarding her “permanent record” that contains her state certified birth certificate. Unfortunately, a money suit would only harm the tax payers. The parents need to sue on pushing the agenda and be prepared to take it to the Supreme Court so school can not brainwash our children.
