We have to parse the language here and focus on what the word “participate” means in this context.
Some people here have been saying that at the Iowa caucuses, that campaign volunteers will participate, as far as giving speeches and encouraging support for their candidate.
Does participating mean actually voting in the caucus. That’s really what we have to know.

Promotional video of Lester Holt, the anchor of NBC Evening News, includes him in a military helmet. It reminds me of the Dukakis stunt.

Nothing is more amusing than the spinning by third, fourth and fifth place finishers in caucuses and primaries—either party.

Totally agree on that. She makes me think she aspires to be Hillary Clinton or Jill Biden. I feel like she’s been the one pushing him hard to get in this race while being completely and utterly tone deaf to the fact that they’ve destroyed his political career by running against Trump at the completely wrong time with the completely wrong message. Furthermore, as a citizen of Florida, he has left us high and dry particularly as it pertains to property insurance. It was intentially misleading. Casey is the tip of the spear. They need the help badly and the DeSantis’ thought they could play games. When everyone arrives from out of state they would say, “Silly grandma, participate in the caucus doesn’t mean participate in the caucus. Didn’t you read the fine print? No, well sorry about that, please put yourself to good use and do some voter harvesting and voter intimidation.” She did this on purpose. Team DeSantis is all about lying to people, confusing people, and gaslighting.
