If there’s any positive spin for DeSantis out of this survey, it’s that he still leads Vivek Ramaswamy and Chris Christie, who each have 4% support.

It still seems a long way from Nov 2024.

I often read that the young voters are the ones who really favor Vivek Ramaswamy - are his base. Is there any data reflecting that???

It’s a shame. Until his presidential run, I liked DeSantis. Had been a good governor.
It was a politically catastrophic decision to run at this time. Should have supported Trump and continue to build a strong Republican stronghold in Florida.

Truly sad.
A damned good governor giving hell to all the right people, but a terrible presidential candidate. You all need him whupping ass on PedoDisney and Wokism, not a distant third behind two better candidates (note, I said ‘candidates’, as POTUS he would be fine, but he ain’t getting there).

a cranky .02

Moral of the story: Never take political advice from Karl Rove, never become the pawn of the Bush family and always try to avoid visions of grandeur. De Santis if he had been prudently patient, tolerated Trump’s rough edges would have been VP in 2024 and probably President in 2028. Instead he has ruined his political career and will never be President.

Gosh, you’d think winning every debate every time and spending $250 million, and visiting every country in Iowa would have some result...

Despite DeSantis’ poor timing, what kind of “conservative” prefers Haley over DeSantis?

Gov. Ron DeSantis arguably had his best performance in a national debate this week...

This survey was conducted 4-6 December.

Nikki Haley is an establishment old GOP shill who will immediately cave to the establishment and get little done especially if it rocks the boat.

I still like DeSantis as he is an efficient leader. Trump I obviously support but he is not perfect. None of them are. It still concerns me that many have been deep conditioned by the deep state media to hate his guts. It has become like brainwashing. I do not trust Dems to not rig the election. Dems need lose bad.

Ron DeSantis has really turned out to be unlikeable.

I'm sad to report that because I had high hopes for him at one time as being the successor to Trump in the MAGA movement.

However, he has leagued himself with the Deep State and hoped to capitalize on Trump's supposedly imminent inprisonment on trumped up bogus charges so that he could take the 2024 GOP nomination for himself.

He was okay with Trump's persecution because he felt it would benefit him. I can't trust somebody that thinks like that. I also can't trust somebody that embeds high heels in his boots so that he looks taller than he actually is.
