One time, after reading an article about a detransitioner (someone who no longer thinks they're transgender), I came across the word Mengeled: experimental surgery, which is sadistic and horrible. These detransitioners are suing their physicians for being Mengeled.

Lawyers fight to have the kids allowed to transition and now lawyers will fight to have the kids transitioned fight to have them detransitioned with a large payout. End result is everyone but the lawyers lose.

Generally, I do not like lawsuits.
But those “providers” who are destroying children lives, they should be hanged ten times over.
This is one of the most heinous crimes, I can think about.

A very easy fix...remove all statutes of limitations regarding gender reassignment procedures (drugs and surgery), such that anyone who transitioned (or was transitioned) as a minor have no limits on the ability to sue both the physicians and the medical facilities that did the deed.

Just see how long malpractice insurance survives that. The problem will solve itself.

schools and school administrators

health care entitie
s like planned parenthood

that are involved and/or treat their child or teen.

Lawsuits are coming and money will be made to help these young people regain some footing in life.
