Someone please tell me how a person can be a ‘public servant’ for 10-50 years and emerge a multimillionaire?..............

I asked that and was told by someone who claimed to be a Washington insider that it was because they were so smart and carefully built their fortunes over time with hard work.

I asked if she was kidding me.

I never got an answer to that.

Personally, I prefer my millionaire politicians to make their fortunes before running for office (like Trump) rather than while in office (like Biden).
