The boyz in the Pentagon screwed up apologizing and begging on their hands and knees for those people to come back. This is going to cost the U.S. taxpayers dearly. ROTFL. What do y’all think of the job Pedo Joe has done so far?

Billions.
If every member got $100,000, it would cost between $8 billion to $10 billion.

After this trial settles, the remaining members of the military who were strong-armed into getting the shot should sue for mental anguish compensation.

Medical professionals in the FDA and the military totally failed. The FDA released a vaccine to the public without a proper clinical trial. Not only was the vaccine useless and ineffective, it probably caused more health hazards than doing nothing at all. What a colossal eff-up.
Sue their asses off. The military deserves it.

I’d much rather the money go to our deserving troops than to the sleazy oligarchs in Ukraine.

What pisses me off about this is why we ALL have to pay when the Democrats are the culprits.
These guys were screwed over and justly deserve compensation.
But take it out of the Democrats butts!
Not Mine!
I suggest taking monies from Education, HUD, DOJ, and Commerce eg to pay the bill.

Well. We already have a sunk cost worth BILLIONS of dollars paid out to the Ukraine. I say take whatever they’re planning on giving out again is to pay out the settlement to the ones where we really had an interest in.

I'd like to see a massive law suit for pain, suffering and duress committed against the people who resisted. Next one for medical damages but that will never happen, they have covered their tracks too well.
Name one thing this gooberment has done that made things better or cost less. I'll wait for an answer.

As a covid vax recusant myself, I would love to see this lawsuit succeed... and I’d love to see our military people who resisted (or were bullied into vax) take the powers that be to the cleaners. BUT I can kind of see SCOTUS ruling that the POTUS’s constitutional “commander in chief” status can’t be 2nd-guessed by the courts. In other words, the President’s orders to the military, no matter how absurd or irrational aren’t the court’s business. I hate that result, but can I imagine it finding favor with the court’s majority? Yes, I can.

Take it from the Zelensky piggybank fund.
He doesn’t need our money, we do.

The screw up wasn’t asking for them to return—it was making them get a shot or get out. Payback is hell as we used to say in the military.

Given the relationship between the Pentagon and the whole Fort Detrick / CDC / FDA / DoD collusion, lawsuits are a fine avenue to “cost” these little authoritarians a “loss” for their lunacy and corruption.

If proven, their families can sue for damages and wrongful death. Civil suits also have a lower threshold of certain kinds of proof.
