A US State Department official has suggested that the reason the truce between Israel and Hamas fell apart was that the terrorists did not want released female prisoners revealing the sexual abuse they have faced in captivity.
Under the terms of the truce, which collapsed last Friday, Hamas was to prioritise the release of children and non-IDF females.
Israel says 15 women still held by Hamas meet that description, as well as two children — Ariel Bibas, 4, and Kfir Bibas, 10 months, both of whom may now have perished.
“The fact that they continue to hold women hostages, the fact that they continue to hold children hostages, just the fact that it seems one of the reasons they don’t want to turn women over they’ve been holding hostage, and the reason this pause fell apart, is they don’t want those women to be able to talk about what happened to them during their time in custody,” State Department spokesman Matthew Miller told reporters.
Miller, citing sensitivities in discussing treatment of captives, declined to give details on the treatment of the women.
But he said that the United States had “no reason to doubt” reports of sexual violence by Hamas.
“There is very little that I would put beyond Hamas when it comes to its treatment of civilians and particularly its treatment of women,” Miller said.
It comes as Israeli film star Gal Gadot said on Monday that the world had “failed the women of October 7” amid a global campaign to highlight the silence of the UN and other women’s rights bodies over the brutal sexual violence carried out by Hamas terrorists.
The United States should step up with Israel and give HAMAS 24 hours to release all hostages else face total war, including razing Gaza. Americans are still being held hostage, and we should not be standing by silent, we should not be accepting Biden’s hope for their release. We need to go in and hunt down and kill every member of the HAMAS.
And we should be clear this is ISLAMIC rape and hostage taking. Every member of the Islamic cult should be challenged to condemn and renounce, else face sanction as accessories to barbaric murder, rape, and hostage taking.
It’s assumed by many that the only way biden tries to get our hostages back is if somebody bribes him.
Maybe he’s trying to negotiate his 10% cut of any of the funds given to Islamic HAMAS to release the hostages.
And in other news, the DOJ and other affiliates are limiting access to detained J6rs because they do not want them to talk about the abuse they may have experienced in their detention.

Offer them a one-way ticket to Gaza to take the place of the hostages, all expenses paid. See how they like it.
The pro-Hamas supporters won’t believe anything against Hamas even with audio, video, and eye witness testimony. Also Hamas would view the rapes as their right and not care about any potential negative fallout. So, I disbelieve this.

My opinion is the Hamas types have absolutely no concern over public relations after seeing their outright slaughter of unarmed noncombatants in a Pearl Harbor attack on Israel October 7th has brought them pro-Hamas marches in major cities including a 300,000 person one in London on November 11th and several of 100,000 each elsewhere. Widespread celebrity and political support along with college students intimidating Jewish students with threats.
I believe the people who try to placate the Hamas types by avoiding a major battle are victims of projection. Like hostages in bank robberies and home invasions they think the criminal can be reasoned with as if they are versions of themselves who went wrong in life. NOT true. They turn around and slaughter the naive victims.

So this little exercise is a waste of electricity. Everyone knows they do it, everyone knows it has been done for centuries, so hamas doesn’t care anyone knows. Just an opportunity to try to smear the actual lines of terrorism. And for what?

They can’t. In Islam, rape of captive women is legal. Indeed raping captive women is part of Hadith, that is canonical Islamic Law. Recalling comments made during the Massacre of October 7, some Muslims might think raping captive women is required.
