Agree on one condition. The wall is fully built and completed before any amnesty is granted. And then amnesty will only be granted to families whose members haven’t been incarcerated for crimes in this country. If they have, the entire family has to return to their own country of origin. And before amnesty is granted, those families must leave.

In other words, if the Democrats want amnesty, every ounce of criminality be illegal aliens has to be remediated with a fully constructed southern border. See what they say about that.

Those who return to their country of origin on their own without the need for deportation won't face any repercussions from the US for violating the law, thus "amnesty". Those who refuse to return will be prosecuted as enemy combatants, regardless of race, age, gender preference, or country of origin...thus no "discrimination" can be claimed. For every immigrant we keep on VISA who has overstayed their welcome, we deport two deadbeat democrat politicians. Deal?
