Navarro was convicted of ignoring such a subpoena.
Don’t think a lawyer working for the DoJ can hold on to such a position after such a conviction.
In the meantime, there is a jail in the Capitol basement. It’s wishful thinking that a Republican committee would use it, but we can dream, can’t we?

Six years down the road, they say the toothless IG is investigating, therefore we can’t comment or cooperate.
Congress is part of the problem. They flood them with money and do nothing to change the rules or reign them in. They are big fans, in reality.
