COP 28 will begin Dec. 1 till Dec. 12 2023. It is billed as a Climate Crisis meeting. They plan to have the world in compliance to the World Economic Forum goals by 2030, cashless society, carbon free transportation, compliance cards etc. This is why our government is pushing hard on this issue.
