Donald Trump's lawyers want the government to reveal all of the undercover agents who were involved in plotting the January 6 riot at the Capitol building, their latest court filing shows.
They are also seeking a list of all the undercover agents who were within a five-mile radius of the Capitol on the day of the attack.
Their request is part of a massive new disclosure application in Trump's election fraud case that includes all the classified documents relating to alleged Russian, Iranian, Chinese, Cuban and Venezuelan meddling in the 2020 election.
The request could delay Trump's trial by months, as it has in Trump's classified documents trial in Florida, where attorneys have to view the disclosed documents in special secure rooms and use ultra-secure laptops.

Shouldn’t be a problem for the US Government - if the FBI didn’t have Operatives embedded on Jan 6th, just says so.

All the lurkers on FR saying “He should have blanket pardoned them” when they’re arrests, imprisonments, charges and prosecutions (usually in that order) happened post getting put out of office. They weren’t the only one’s being railroaded by an illegitimate regime so he had to bide time getting everything straight.
Trump got bitten badly by the system, trusting the untrustworthy and back-stabbed by supposed allies he thought motivated by love of country like he was. Harsh lessons learned, the justice the J-6ers need is coming and woe to everyone involved in ruining their lives.
May God preserve and protect him from the assaults on his life surely to come as assaults on his reputation and character have already been proven powerless...actually more empowering.
DEMAND ALL THE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES THEY USED!!! NOT JUST “AGENTS”!
None of Trumps cases will ever get to a ruling.
He can “demand” all he wants, but the outcome of this and the other cases has already been decided.
The proceedings are a sham.
