An Oregon judge ruled Tuesday that a voter-approved gun control law violates the state constitution, continuing to block it from taking effect and casting fresh doubt over the future of the embattled measure.

The law, one of the toughest in the nation, was among the first gun restrictions to be passed after a major U.S. Supreme Court ruling last year changed the guidance judges are expected to follow when considering Second Amendment cases.

The decision was handed down by Circuit Court Judge Robert S. Raschio, the presiding judge in Harney County in rural southeast Oregon.

Why not? They can suspend the Constitution by simply ignoring it, and they can count on Leftist support by obstruction of those that support and defend The Constitution in the courts.

Or maybe they should read the Kansas Constitution when it pertains to firearms:

§ 4. Individual right to bear arms; armies.
A person has the right to keep and bear arms for
the defense of self, family, home and state, for
lawful hunting and recreational use, and for any
other lawful purpose; but standing armies, in time
of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be
tolerated, and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power

Probably written by a man. You don’t think they’d consider that to be more binding than their feelings, do you?

I get a creepy Bill Gates-with-boobs vibe from Tina. Is there some gene splicing lab we’re not aware of in Wuhan?

In the state of California I cannot own a .50 caliber rifle. Even a black powder flintlock, which has a cyclic rate of about two rounds per minute, and that’s when I’m having a good day with my .54 All thanks to Diane Feinstein, who I guess was worried that somebody was going snipe her as she was in her armored limo. Remember “Mr. and Mrs. turn them all in.”? Not here in Kansas, we’re a free state, so far anyway.

All of these so called “gun laws” violate the 2nd amendment and a states Constitution cannot violate the federal Constitution.
(Supremacy law of the land.)

BTW: Our Right’s are God given and I don’t need permission from politicians to exercise them!
