Israel released security camera footage Monday from the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attack that shows gunmen chasing down music festival attendees and executing a woman at point-blank range, Reuters reported.
Israel is trying to deflect international criticism for its military incursion in the Gaza strip following the Hamas attacks, according to Reuters. Despite calls for a ceasefire to the war in Gaza, Israel has vowed to carry on with its military campaign until the Hamas threat is neutralized, the news agency reported.
“This is a war between good and evil,” a post on a social media account linked to Israel’s foreign ministry said.
The video shows Hamas gunmen chasing people fleeing from a music festival near the border that turned into a bloodbath, Reuters reported.
At the end of the video, a gunman catches up to a woman who then squats on the ground moments before the terrorist raises his rifle and executes her, according to Reuters. Although the video has no sound, a cloud of dust rises from the ground as the terrorist fires the weapon.
Reuters was able to verify the location of the footage, near Kibbutz Alumim, due to the road design, trees and a nearby building matched to satellite images of the area. The woman’s name was not released.
The Hamas run-government claims that Israel’s response to the October attacks has led to the deaths of at least 13,300 people, including at least 5,600 children, according to Reuters.
Israel is attempting to maintain focus on the Hamas raid that killed 1,200 people and resulted in the kidnapping of 240 others during the deadliest day in Israel’s history, Reuters reported.
Although Israel’s military response has prompted anger, there has been strong support for Israel from Western governments, according to the news agency.
That’s not what’s shown in the video (shows nothing but running)
“”””Pressure is mounting on Israel to agree to a ceasefire in Gaza, where the Hamas-run government says at least 13,300 people have been killed, including at least 5,600 children.
Israeli officials say they are intent on keeping focus on the killing by Hamas of some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and the capture of 240 others during the deadliest day in Israel’s 75-year-old history.
There has been strong support and sympathy for Israel from Western governments and many citizens over the Hamas attacks, but the Israeli response has also prompted anger.”””
I went to the Reuter’s article to see if it was the same as what Daily Caller posted. It was.
What I noticed is how Reuters tries to apportion blame to Israel at the end of their news report.
They cropped the video. The actual vid is on X and rumble
