People who think Christian principles are "mean-spirited".
Great
X has their lawsuit as well against Media Matters.
From the article, if the pleadings are worded exactly as represented here, the attorneys who drafted them should be sued for malpractice.
“They are accused of participating in a “seemingly coordinated” media campaign”
Was it or wasn’t it coordinated? You are allowed to baldly assert allegations in a pleading. “Seemingly” has no place.
“none of them complied completely or apologized”
Did they or didn’t they comply? Yes or no? This is amateurish BS. Let the evidence do its job. You’re just supposed to allege in a pleading.

Geez. It’d be damnably helpful if anybody had bothered to go find the actual filing. Even The Blaze couldn’t be bothered to post a link in their story.

In Rush’s day the Media got their spin word for word from Media Matters every morning.
That’s why I call them the A$$M€DIA !!!
Is it possible he can sue Hillary and all who were involved in the Russia collusion hoax being that RINOpublicans don’t have the balls to indict any of them?
Yeah. Should help with all the lawyer fees. Trump just keeps on swinging his big stick.
Exactly, it is a tacit conspiracy, but nothing tangible.
The battle is fought on many fronts. This keeps things in the public forum.
Is it collusion if they all separately just repeat a memo written by a political operative?
To find the person(s) who gives orders to members of the Jurnolist?
The target of the discovery you seek will be Trump, his involvement, and ‘Truth” and probably not vice versa as I doubt there is a written smoking gun of conspiracy, which is alluded to but apparently not alleged.
