Austin said at a Monday press conference in Kyiv that the package will help Ukrainian troops in the coming months “have the means that they’ll need to be successful fighting in the wintertime.”
“There is no silver bullet in a conflict like this. It really depends on providing the right capabilities and also integrating those capabilities in meaningful ways,” he said. “The Ukraine military is a learning organization, and it will continue to learn from from all of its operations.

One of the current Mars rovers has a device that proves we can make oxygen from the Martian atmosphere. We will have to bring oxygen with us at first, and then create much more. There is a Saturn moon that is basically an orbiting fuel station. There are oceans of hydrocarbons on Titan. An orbiting space station could use Titan for energy, and rocket fuel. We have sent probes to asteroids, and one has returned a sample of the cosmic shhhhtuuff. We could also mine asteroids eventually.
President Trump demonstrated that when you let the entrepreneurs and free enterprise loose, America can still be the shining city on the hill. The entire world still desires to come here (just not all at once, please).

Why just war? Why not total war? If Russia is the true enemy of our survival as a nation, then it’s total war. We have no defense against Russian ICBMS, or even bomb shelters to climb out of after.

Here’s an idea, have the people of Ukraine vote on the issue, would they rather go with Russia or stay as one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Or move to one slightly more corrupt but in a different way? Then talk it out.
The everyday people never get any of the loot - they don’t get American dollars or weapons to sell on the black market. Nothing for ‘the people’ except to die for elties who are raking it in.
