Joe Rogan’s Story About Trump and the ‘Right-Wing Avengers’ Should Terrify the Left

During Saturday’s Ultimate Fighting Championship 295 event in New York City, former President Donald Trump — accompanied by Kid Rock, Tucker Carlson and UFC President and CEO Dana White — made an iconic entrance into Madison Square Garden.

Comedian, podcaster and longtime UFC color commentator Joe Rogan described the scene as reminiscent of a superhero film.

“He walks out to Kid Rock’s ‘American Badass’ with Kid Rock and Tucker Carlson, walking in like the right-wing Avengers, and the place went nuts,” Rogan said Thursday on his podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

Looks like a “man” who shaves his chest. Picture on our left looks like maybe some level of steroids. On the right -don’t think he’s using now.

So you’re challenging me without an argument. That’s even more stupid.

Just go away.

His head size change is because of usage of HGH. That’s the reason why I posted the picture, as a response to somebody saying they hoped Trump’s head did grow over the praise being thrown him.

Remember, before there was a Constitution, there was a Declaration of Independence and a bloody American Revolution. During the Revolution, our founders fought for the right of self-governance using whatever means necessary, and most certainly did not submit to prevailing laws.

If (as I believe) we have already forfeited our Constitutional right to self-governance, and are now living under tyranny, it is time to again declare our independence, and again fight for our right to self-governance.

Hopefully, it won’t be a bloody war this time, but it will be a war - and in times of war, we must suspend the Queensberry Rules - yes, even the Constitution - especially if the enemy is already doing so.

Then in peacetime, we go back to following the rules.

Trump understands this - we can’t fight with our hands tied behind our backs.
If Trump sincerely wants to return We the People to power, than that’s Constitutional enough for me.

“I bought his first book years ago when it came out - ‘The Art of the Deal’; had never heard of the guy before and he sure impressed me.”

Similar to me. I read the book in 1990 and there was no doubt in my mind he should be POTUS some day.

Don't know why you say that. Just because the bad guys are winning we are DQ'd? I don't agree with that.

declare our independence

agreed

again fight for our right to self-governance.

We need to fight but don't have to start things all over again. The Declaration of Independence already declares our right to self governance and the Constitution is the Supreme law of the Land (Art. VI, Cl.2). The criminal, illegal Left ignoring the Constitution doesn't invalidate the Constitution. That would be validating the crimes of the Left. The Constitution was ratified by the United States of America and it remains the LAW OF THE LAND.

Our fight should be to

1) DISMANTLE the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the feds, sending home packing hundreds of thousands of officials, bureaucratic head, and government workers, and blowing up those hideous illegal federal agency buildings,

2) ENFORCE the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended by the three branches at the federal level and/or the constitutionally sovereign state level, and

3) REINSTATE Constitutional State Sovereignty including states REFUSING federal funding.

Not the first time you and I have been in agreement on an issue. Just means we have good taste, right?

I gave the book to a friend who bought a house with a beautiful library - tons of shelves all the way to the ceiling with a ladder to reach the top shelves - wall to wall and I went home and got “Art of the Deal” and gave it to him. He was a partner in a successful business so I figured he could relate to this stranger who wrote the book - LOL...That guy is still a partner in the business - retired but keeps his hand in!

I have no idea if he is a Trump supporter today but I would guess he is - we moved clear across the country so only have occasional emails with one another. He was my husband’s best friend and when my husband passed away two years ago, our emails fell off.

The reason I got carried away in my #67 post was to say that the friend’s book cases were EMPTY and that was one of the reasons I wanted to give him “Art of the Deal”...a beautiful library with not one book in sight!!!! Books keep me going!! Love them!!!

“DISMANTLE the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the feds”

This unconstitutional 80% is by definition unaccountable to Constitutional law.

The Constitution limits government power by striking a delicate balance between the three legitimate branches, but cannot limit what is essentially a fourth branch, entirely unaccountable to the three legitimate branches.

This giant unelected permanent bureaucracy does not submit to congressional oversight, it steals elections, and it has weaponized our system of justice against any attempt to rein it in.

I’m not sure it is even possible for anyone to drain the swamp at this point, but if President Trump is willing to try, I’m not going to quibble over Queensberry Rules of engagement.

That would be like a homeowner defending his family against armed home invaders, and then getting prosecuted for not having the proper gun registration.

Trump is not perfect - no one is - but he’s definitely the good guy in this fight.

That's like saying all the DWI traffic offenders are uncountable to the DWI traffic laws. Makes no sense.

The Constitution...cannot limit what is essentially a fourth branch

Maybe you don't understand that the ONLY legitimate federal power is that enumerated and delegated by the Constitution to the feds. The federal government was CReATED by the Constitution and ONLY the Constitution can delegate certain, limited enumerated powers to the feds. If it's not in the Constitution it's is NOT a valid federal power. There is no authority delegated to the feds by the Constitution for the Regulatory State, so this so-called 4th Branch is entirely unconstitutional, and thus, illegal. Period.

Would your plan be with or without Trump?

“That’s like saying all the DWI traffic offenders are uncountable to the DWI traffic laws. Makes no sense.“

No, it’s like saying if you outlaw guns, then only outlaws have guns - and it makes perfect sense.

The unconstitutional permanent bureaucracy is on our soil, but make no mistake - they are the enemy - just like any foreign enemy. They have not agreed, nor do they have any intention of abiding by our Constitution.

Expecting them to is naive. They need to be treated like the enemy and removed by force. They must not be allowed to seek protection under Constitutional laws, which means we are not obligated to afford them rights under the Constitution.

The only Constitutional process for removing the 80% illegitimate federal bureaucracy (including 80% of the DOJ, FBI, CIA. NSA, and DOD, would be for the Supreme Court to rule that they are unconstitutional and that they should pack up and leave.

If you think they would obey such a SCOTUS ruling and leave peacefully, you are sadly mistaken. They don’t respect our Constitution and therefore don’t respect our SC. They won’t leave without a fight - and there’s a good chance they would win such a fight - because our side has too many like you who want to fight by the Rules of Queensberry.

Congress could eliminate or rein in these agencies if they had the political will to do so. But it should be pretty apparent that Congress has farmed out much of its “law making” authority to the Executive. Congress should write good legislation. That’s not to say there won’t be situations that Congress didn’t consider. But right now and for the past 40+ years, the Executive has used Chevron deference like a bull in a china shop to shape and craft policy.

Congress currently simply isn’t up to the task of being… Congress.

Perhaps. But President Trump has used the administrative state to push his policy preferences when it suited him.

Congress has already issued subpoenas that just get ignored, or if they do appear they say they don’t recall or can’t speak to an ongoing investigation. They blow congress off regularly, and all congress can do is hold them in contempt or issue a sternly worded letter.

It’s a joke - they are unaccountable. Prove me wrong.

Well it looks like you're almost there. (Not sure where you get that I think these nasty unconstitutional bureaucratic agencies are somehow patriotic. If they were, they would fold up operations of themselves.)

The unconstitutional permanent bureaucracy...have not agreed, nor do they have any intention of abiding by our Constitution.

Of course unconstitutional bureaucracies should be not expected to abide by the Constitution - otherwise they would be an oxymoron.

They need to be treated like the enemy and removed by force

Agreed. Unconstitutional bureaucracies need to be DISMANTLED.

The only Constitutional process for removing the 80% illegitimate federal bureaucracy...would be for the Supreme Court to rule that they are unconstitutional and that they should pack up and leave.

The Supreme Court can legitimately try cases in which the U.S. is a party, so it is empowered to deal with unconstitutional federal laws and acts. But what if instead, the Supreme Court not only does not rule against unconstitutional federal laws and acts, but the Supreme Court itself makes unconstitutional decisions with no sound constitutional basis like what has been happening for about 120 years?

The Constitution declares that the only legitimate federal laws and acts (including the Supreme Court) are those "pursuant" to the Constitution (Art. VI, Cl. 2). The Supreme Court is part of the federal government and is subject to The Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution. The Constitution offers no process to deal with a rogue federal government including the Supreme Court as we have today.

This is where people get of the track.

People need to review the 9th and 10th Amendments and the principles of the Declaration of Independence. The feds have no "inherent" powers. They ONLY legally have those enumerated powers delegated by the federal government. The all powers remaining are "RETAINED" by the people. Outside of true constitutional limits, the American People have the final say and their power is through their states.

So whatever it takes. Removing the unconstitutional portion of the feds should be done either by parotitic officials in any or all of the three branches of the feds or by the constitutionally sovereign States and the people.

Re: 78 - in this hyper political environment, I’m not sure why you would think the Executive would comply with Congressional subpoenas.

And regardless, it’s been going on since the 1790’s. President Washington refused to comply with a House Resolution that requested information regarding the negotiation of the Jay Treaty. Or the House requesting information from President Monroe (and Monroe refusing to provide) in 1825 over the Stewart Incident. And on, and on.

Impeachment is one option and is in part a political solution.
