IDF reveals how Hamas turned children's hospital into terror base
Israel National News ^ | 11/13/2023 | INN Staff

IDF Spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari delivered an address to the media this evening (Monday) on the discovery of extensive terrorist infrastructure at the Rantisi Children's Hospital in Gaza.

"I just got back from Gaza, where I joined an operation inside the Rantisi Children's Hospital," he began. "I went to the hospital with a video camera and personally documented more concrete evidence. The concrete evidence proves that Hamas uses hospitals as an instrument of war."

"Underneath the hospital, in the basement, we found a Hamas command and control center, suicide bomb vests, grenades, AK-47 assault rifles, explosive devices, RPGs, and other weapons, computers, money, etc," he said.

Admiral Hagari said that the IDF found signs that Hamas held hostages at the hospital and that while the IDF is investigating the matter, "we also have intelligence that verifies it."

"Additionally, we found evidence that Hamas terrorists came from the massacre on October 7 to this hospital, among others, after butchering Israelis in their homes, executing the innocent, murdering entire families, burning babies, burning young women alive," he said, adding that Hamas "uses this children's hospital, Rantisi, to hide."

"Hamas hides in hospitals, today we will expose this to the world," he declared.

"For the last week, we have been conducting an effort to safely evacuate the patients being treated there and at other hospitals as well. Israel helped the hospital manager evacuate the patients to a safer hospital. Yesterday, we were informed by the hospital that the last 18 patients in the Rantisi Hospital had safely evacuated to a safer hospital.

"This is because our war is against Hamas, not against the people in Gaza, especially not the sick, wounded, or the women or children. Our war is against Hamas, which uses them as human shields," he said.

Think about it, if you are a corrupt evil immoral sinister cold blooded murderer with zero compassion for life, you would set up in the hospital because it would provide protection and even if children are harmed you could care less. So yes, Hamas is in childrens’ hospitals.

AND....they held hostages. Using a hospital as a shield. I hope Israel vacates the building and demolishes it. Make Gaza uninhabitable after clearing out “civilians”.

Make it a beach, you visit for the day and leave, nobody lives there.

Isn't there a war going on, all around? Shouldn't Hamas fighters have these weapons with them, so they can fight? Why are they abandoning useful weapons?
Unless the terrorists are trying to blend in, to hide among the crowd?

They should have, but things aren't going so well for them.

This piece from Post.com may explain why weapons are left behind:

IDF attacks have broken effectiveness of 10 of 24 Hamas battalions

Military gives 1st official estimate of Hamas’s total forces since start of war. By YONAH JEREMY BOB

IDF attacks have broken the effectiveness of 10 out of 24 Hamas battalions, says the military.

For the first time since the start of the war, the IDF on Monday provided its official estimates of the size and make-up of what Hamas's forces were on the eve of the war which started on October 7.

In addition, the IDF gave its estimate of the impact it has had on Hamas's forces through around five weeks of air strikes and two-and-a-half weeks of a ground invasion.

According to the IDF, Hamas started the war with 30,000 men who were split into five regional brigades, which themselves split into 24 battalions, which themselves split into 140 companies. Each battalion had around 1,000 plus men.

Prior unofficial estimates had set Hamas's forces as between 15,000 to 40,000.

Further, prior unofficial estimates before the conflict with Islamic Jihad in May of this year had set its forces at around 10,000.

IDF sources indicated that on the eve of the war, Islamic Jihad forces had shrunk somewhat from the 10,000 number, possibly due to losses this past May.

Each Hamas brigade is divided into specific skill sets, including those who specialize in: firing anti-tank missiles, sharpshooters, engineers, aerial units (drones or motorized hang gliders, but no aircraft), naval units, and maneuvering battle units.

In addition, each battalion has regional command centers and more local smaller-scale positions which are the focal point of directing the battalion's operations.

Two examples that the IDF gave of Hamas battalions whose effectiveness has been harmed were the Shaati and the al Daraj-Tuffah battalions.

According to the IDF, the Shaati battalion lost 200 men, including many battalion and company commanders as well as most of its battalion-level and lower-level command centers and positions.

IDF sources said that in the time between initial IDF fighting with the Shaati battalion until several days later, there was a notable change and loss of effectiveness.

Sources said that at first, there was a clearly synchronized battle plan by Hamas to ambush Israeli forces, using a variety of tactics and specialized units.

However, once several Hamas commanders were killed by the IDF, the coordination broke down, and the various companies ceased to operate in unison, sometimes even only very small groups of Hamas forces working together, with no awareness or connection to other Hamas forces' efforts.

In addition, IDF sources said that even when some battalions tried to replace lost commanders with commanders from other battalions, the loss of familiarity and expectations showed and the battalion did not return to their former effectiveness levels.

This has been crucial for the Shaati battalion because it is responsible for the ShifaHospital area where Hamas's top headquarters is situated,

A similar story came from the IDF regarding the al Daraj-Tuffah battalion, which has lost over 260 men, and commanders at all levels.

All of the above are the first in-depth data the IDF has given about its progress, other than that it has killed several thousand Hamas forces to date.

However, multiple top IDF sources have expressed doubt about Hamas being close to "breaking" even as publicly top political and IDF officials say it has lost control of northern Gaza.

Hamas is a group of barbaric terrorists, who have no use for international laws on how wars are to be fought. Even though they are a “government” that controls the people of Gaza, they are not interesting in protective the people of Gaza.

It is amazing that so many in the media want to believe that the IDF is attacking peaceful Palestinians.

The Gaza Hospital Pediatric Wing. Come get your RPG and explosive vests in child sizes.

Just like the kids were given Panzer Faust launchers when Berlin was being invaded.

Personally, I think the Hamas soldiers are p*ssies.

The fun part, raping and looting and murdering unarmed civilians, is over now. Now they are facing armed and trained soldiers, who won't cower and beg. The IDF won't beg for mercy, and will give none.

Fun time is over. Now it's time to fight and die, and Hamas would rather slink away and hide.
