Voters in Mecosta County, Michigan, successfully ousted six local elected Republicans who supported taxpayer-funded subsidies for a Chinese company with deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to build an Electric Vehicle (EV) battery plant in their community.
On Tuesday night, voters in Green Charter Township and Big Rapids Township recalled a total of six local elected officials combined — all Republicans — who voted in favor of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s (D) plan to have CCP-linked Gotion Inc. build a $2.4 billion EV battery plant in the area.

Look, you need to listen to your constituents and not to who every is offering you money to advance their interests.
It’s good to see RINO’s ousted, especially those that likely had their hands in CCP money pits.
But it’s not clear who got elected in place of the RINO’s. If they were rats I don’t think a whole lot was gained other than installing true communists rather than RINO’s pretending to be conservative when they are just as commie as the rats.
Although on a smaller scale, still nice to hear good news like this.
Because there were no dims on the board in the first place.
All seats on the board are now vacant. There will be a special election.
And this is the problem with most republiCAN’Ts in our state government...
They need us once every 2 years to vote for them... and then we are uneducated trash to them...

I’m with you. The Rosetta Stone of why the Republicans flip the finger to us on everything from open borders, to forcing EVs, to forcing voting machines, to frankenfood products, to disgusting oriental seafood, etc... is their connection to Chinese investment and money.
