A San Jose, California police officer, who was exposed for sending a slew of racist text messages, reportedly resigned from the department.
Officer Mark McNamara allegedly sent the messages to another employee at the department, who is currently on administrative leave amid an internal investigation, according to a Nov. 3 press release. The exchange came after the March 27, 2022, shooting of community college football player K’aun Green, who is still recovering from his injuries.
Green was inside La Victoria Taqueria with his friends when a random man walked into the restaurant and threatened the group. The man left the establishment, returned with two other people, and one pulled out a gun, sparking a physical altercation. Green’s attorney argued that he was acting in self-defense.

It’s called afterburn.... PTSD... or other terms.
Yet another Democrat, saying the quiet part out loud.
Yep.
Most likely a democrat that wants Jews dead also
So Officer McNamara resigned. This means that after a short while, he will become a “gypsy cop”, and be quietly be hired by another police department. And that’s because many departments are desperate for certified officers ready to hit the streets.
And woe to the city that hires him. Every attorney who represents a black guy will bring up Officer McNamara’s past. So there will be many successful lawsuits. And also many “not guilty” verdicts when the person whom Officer McNamara arrested is black.
That’s what all demonrats are.
Too many police officers just can’t stand the thought of a mere “civilian” having any sort of control over a weapon.
Attention Blue Suit public servants: We the People are armed. Get used to it.
I'd guess realistically about 1 in 6 carry in Arizona. I don't think this cop would like it here.
> Too many police officers just can’t stand the thought of a mere “civilian” having any sort of control over a weapon. <
Yes, indeed. Too many cops (I’d guess maybe 1 out of 3) have an out-of-control ego problem. They simply cannot stand anyone else having any rights.
There’s a video on YouTube of a small girl being menaced by a pit bull. The girl’s father comes out armed to protect his daughter. The father behaves reasonably the whole time. Bless him for protecting his little child!
The police show up. They arrest the father while he’s on his own property, and cart him off to jail.

He has to resign. We don’t need or want racists cops. Besides that, none of his arrests will ever stick in the future. Many of his arrests resulting in prosecution from the past may end up being challenged.
Sounds like a member of the crazy White Mick Tribe.
Whoever the idiot is who put the tagline on here “fakenews” needs to get out more. This story is heavily documented.
All this across the street from San Jose State U.
Green’s attorneys say Green disarmed the gunman, but other patrons in the restaurant rushed toward Green and were demanding he give the gun back, the lawsuit says.
At the time of the shooting, the officer believed that there was likely an armed homicide suspect inside the taqueria, Mata said. A deadly shooting had just occurred by coincidence less than a block away.
Officers were working at the homicide scene when they saw panicked customers running out of the taqueria at 3 a.m., Mata said.
That guy was as calm as a cucumber the entire time. Much more so than I would be. I hope the city ends up owing him large $$$
What a bunch of Deeks....
I believe the victim should get a chance to shoot this perp, in return.
If only judges ruled that way.
> That guy was as calm as a cucumber the entire time. Much more so than I would be. <
Yes. I would have been yelling, and cursing, and saying all sorts of vulgar things to those lousy cops.
And I probably would have caught a disorderly conduct charge on top of everything else. And I would have deserved it! After all, we all must submit quietly to government tyranny. After all, the Bill of Rights is way too far in the past. It no longer applies.

Thankful that Mr. Green survived.
