The disbarment trial of former President Donald Trump’s previous attorney and constitutional legal scholar, John Eastman, wrapped up on Friday, the 33rd day. California Bar Disciplinary Judge Yvette Roland found him “culpable” on Thursday and gave his attorneys and the State Bar of California until November 22 to submit written closing statements.

The racist radical Far Left "judge" in this sickening attack on John Eastman has so far stage managed this Stalinist show trial by excluding virtually all of Eastman's evidence while admitting all of the Bar Association's "evidence".
When will Jordan take up garbage like this? The California Bar itself needs to be dissolved. It's an extra judicial political organization masquerading as a government entity.

They’re not satisfied simply going after Trump.
They also want to ruin anyone associated with him.

It would just be California.
But of course, that would be a precedent.
The Rat Borg known as the 65 Project would go after him in the other states and at the federal level. So it cannot be allowed.
The judge and the “prosecutor” of this phony show trial both need to be physically dragged in front of the House Judiciary Committee while Jordan still runs it, and should be sanctioned by the Federal government for this charade. Disbarment and loss of credential at the federal level for both of them is almost too small a punishment.

Hmmm. Eastman is the author of the fairy tail that the Electoral Count Act of 1887 allowed the VP to reject the electoral result. That said, that’s First Amendment protected and I dont think that he should face any consequence at all.
That said, abused as it is, here we either believe in federalism or not. The federal government is not supposed to be the babysitter of the states. “Federal sanction” Huh? What does that even mean?

Many lawyers destroyed their credibility in my book when they took public positions about the 2016 and 2020 elections that completely contradicted each other. Mark Levin is one example of this.
I’m not sure if Eastman falls into this category, but it would be both pathetic and comical if an opposing counsel in one of his 2020 cases filed a legal brief or article he wrote in 2016 to undermine his credibility.

California is out of it's mind, and the result was a foregone conclusion.
Needs to go to federal court and eventually work it's way to the Supreme court. The 9th circuit is full of loons who will just rubber stamp the result.

Eastman is the author of the fairy tail that the Electoral Count Act of 1887 allowed the VP to reject the electoral result. Why did congress feel the need to amend it if Eastman’s position was clearly in error?

You should have continued, "out on the courthouse steps and then be beaten until they lose consciousness. "
We are past the point where these sh*tty Judges are physically assaulted and beaten for their lies and ridiculous rulings.
Judges need to learn to fear the people and the people need to stop putting up with these lying petty tyrants.

Hmmm. Eastman is the author of the fairy tail that the Electoral Count Act of 1887 allowed the VP to reject the electoral result. The US Constitution requires legislatures to submit the electoral votes. The Executive branch has no constitutional authority to "certify" anything.
The VP should have thrown the election to the house. It was his constitutional duty to do so because the electors were not submitted by the legislatures.

The US Constitution requires legislatures to submit the electoral votes. No, it doesn’t. You have posted this nonsense before, and it’s as false today as it was the first time you posted it.
