Donald Trump and his allies have begun mapping out specific plans for using the federal government to punish critics and opponents should he win a second term, with the former president naming individuals he wants to investigate or prosecute and his associates drafting plans to potentially invoke the Insurrection Act on his first day in office to allow him to deploy the military against civil demonstrations.
In private, Trump has told advisers and friends in recent months that he wants the Justice Department to investigate onetime officials and allies who have become critical of his time in office, including his former chief of staff, John F. Kelly, and former attorney general William P. Barr, as well as his ex-attorney Ty Cobb and former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Gen. Mark A. Milley, according to people who have talked to him, who, like others, spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe private conversations. Trump has also talked of prosecuting officials at the FBI and Justice Department, a person familiar with the matter said.
Like Biden is doing?
WaPo. Revenge. Yeah, no bias there. /s
Biden does it and they, WaPO, have no problem...........................
As much as I’d like to see a lot of these @$$holes tried, hanged, jailed, he needs to laser focus on the invasion and reckless spending.
And the problem is???
And so?
I’m not seeing the problem.
L
Don’t threaten me with a good time!
They better plot ballot mules and harvesting of their own
Or have security at all the drops checking this crap
They got nothing to support dirty, creepy, demented Joe and the communists running the WH, so they go to what usually works for them, fear. They’re saying: “If orange man bad is elected, he will torment the people you love!”
More bullcrap anonymous ‘sources’ cited by WaPo.

That’s why no one should pay any attention to anything the WaPo writes.
I really hope they pull it off. There are approximately 4,000 political appointees, of which 1,200 require confirmation, that are being assembled to actively dismantle the administrative state from within. This is regularly talked about by the likes of Steve Bannon and Charlie Kirk. 2,800 can go to work on day one of the new administration.
Critics are the last of Trump's concerns. He's got nasty, evil opponents that want to put him and his family in jail and destroy them financially, all because he dared to buck the Deep State, the establishment that actually runs this country, regardless of the president we elect.
Schumer let the cat out of the bag himself when he said: “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”
Indeed they do. This is why most of our elected politicians yap a lot during election time on how they will change things and then lie down like dogs once they get into office.
Trump was one of the few who refused to lie down like a dog. And they are coming after him to make an example of him and deter any others from attempting the same.
tit for tat
The word they used says a lot about how they think. Childish.
Come on man, get with the plan, you dog-faced pony soldier. 🤣
