This is a (very) small electric car which will be made in Vietnam in about one year.

It is directly competing with Chinese small electric cars, which will have a 25% mark-up since we charge for imports.

VinFast is thinking of producing them in America. Maybe.

Evidently (ALL) the Americans involved in the process of importing/producing the cars in America, want this.

It is a very cool-looking car.

This car is good for Vietnamese. Large Americans will feel cramped. Unless the driver’s seat can push way way back. So much that rear seating will be reduced.

The car they sell in the USA will be very different from the one they sell in VN. Once loaded down with all of the safety measures mandated by DOT it will be heavy, slow, have next to no range and be very expensive.

VinFast, an electric sports car. Been looking at the articles about them and journalists are saying positive things about it. VinFast bought land in North Carolina for a factory.

Would support Vietnam over China. Rather buy American myself.
