Support between Gov. Andy Beshear (D) and state Attorney General Daniel Cameron (R) in the Kentucky gubernatorial race is tied, according to a poll released Friday.

An Emerson College Polling survey found Beshear and Cameron tied at 47 percent, with 4 percent of respondents saying they were undecided and 2 percent saying someone else.

The poll noted that the match-up shifts to Cameron receiving 49 percent and Beshear receiving 48 percent when undecided voters are asked whom they’re leaning toward.

It is entirely likely that McConnel is working behind the scenes for Beshar.

Cameron had to hold all of his money until the end as he didn’t have nearly the funds. If Cameron had had $20 million as we discussed before, he could have controlled the narrative vs. being railroaded. The ads from the RGA were just generic and not informative.

Though with this poll, when the undecides were told to say which way they were leaning, Cameron leads 49-48. This is not a partisan poll, either.

We shall see...keep pushing to get the vote out. If it is actually this close, every single vote counts.

It would be a dream come true to see Beshear kicked out. I will never forgive him for the awful Covid lockdowns. Liquor stores opened, churches closed. Yea, THAT made sense ….. not!

Yeah...allowing liquor delivery as a priority was something else on top of all of that.

Just saw a new ad claiming “Daniel Cameron wants to end access to birth control.” That’s a new claim against him in the 11th hour. Maybe there is something to this shift in the polling after all. That’s getting quite desperate sounding.

Beshear’s support has remained entirely static the entire campaign. Whatever the gap between him and Cameron, Beshear’s support has always been in the upper 40s with no movement outside of the margin of error.

"KY house and senate if full of republicans but they vote rat for gov because the ladies think Beshear is hot"

"hot"? wtf drugs are you on? Brassiere looks like a simp, lisps like a f@g, he's hillbilly slime who wears women's underwear.

If Emerson College polling is to be believed, in less than a month, Cameron has rocketed from 14 down to a tie. That trajectory puts Kentucky Governor Cameron +5 (soon to be Senator Cameron) and outside the margin of error by next Tuesday.

"Cameron has finally figured out his best approach: linking himself to Trump. But it’s too little, too late I fear."

Same timing worked for that greasy pizza salesman in Florida...

I'm going to explain this again, and again, and again, until everyone gets it right.

"How did that goobernor Brassiere ever get elected in KY"

Yea. That’s total BS and does smack of desperation. Maybe Beshear ran those abortion ads too early? And too often. They start to lose impact when they run too long. It gives people time to look for Cameron’s REAL position on abortion. Which is; he would SIGN any bill that came to him with a reasonable time frame allowed and reasonable exceptions that would cover situations described in those commercials.

The numbers in KY favor R’s, strongly. Just need the RIGHT people to show up.

In 2019, Bevin inexplicably fired his Lt. Governor, a black woman, thus inciting the ferals in Lou and Lex for revenge.

I don't know about that one...but it did upset the tea party activists for which she was a well known and active member in the movement in Kentucky.

On the eve of the election, Bevin openly called for toll roads in northern Kentucky. The northern Kentucky counties are normally deep red on an election map. Instead...they were light red, and in one case, light blue. They are some of the more populace counties in the state, so that was the final nail in the coffin. Any one time he chose to put his foot in his mouth had he not done so would have kept him office when you look at how close the margin was. A lot of Republican voters simply left the governor's race blank on their ballots.
