A number of Republicans have signaled their disagreement with Mike Johnson's plan to decouple Israel and Ukraine military aid amidst their respective wars with Hamas and Russia.

Under the new speaker, the House of Representatives seeks to provide $14.3 billion in aid to Israel. President Joe Biden had initially requested the House pass a $10 billion package that would have included aid for Israel, Ukraine and border security.

Johnson has in the past voted against aid for Ukraine and has said he wanted aid to Israel and Ukraine to be handled separately with more accountability for money sent to the Kyiv government.

Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, said it would be a "huge mistake" to separate the two.

The usual homosexuals are the root of the problem.

By all means, GOP, go along with Biden’s scheme to load aid to Israel into a huge package full of unrelated unfunded special interests and appropriations and a BIG load of graft for Zelensky…..

It’s what real concerned patriots and allies do…..

Funding for the two conflicts should be separate packages.

We only work from 12-2 two days a week! It just isn’t POSSIBLE for us to fit in TWO votes! That’s why we like to bundle.

My only concern with separating the two is if Johnson doesn’t bring the Ukraine bill up for a vote.

And they should triple both bills. Cut off Palistiian aid to pat for it. Maybe raise import tariffs on high tech from China to pay for it.

Homosexuals have nothing to do with this. Period.
I guess nonsensical name calling is the new conservative foreign policy for some? I hope not.
The anti Ukraine crowd likes to use a LOT of irrelevant arguments, and waving some random gay’s ass in the air and yelling “Look a queer! Better let Russia win! “ Is probably the stupidest.
The war never had a thing to do with gays.

Exactly. Russia has unleashed Hamas on Israel and other Jihadists on Europe.
The pigs who murdered Israeli babies can’t wait to do the same in Europe, and here.
This is now an obvious common enemy.

Linda does not want to go on record voting for a Separate Ukraine Bill.
A lot of RINOS in House and Senate also don’t want Separate Bills either.
Separate the Bills and Shove it Down RINOs throats.
And make notes on who votes for which Bills.
