I think you’re right. And, I think this is a stupid move. Give Israel some money, but hold off Ukraine to barter for cutting the IRS and/or major border security and sealing it.

I’m still unclear on why Israel needs any financial support from America’s tax payers. This isn’t an offset, isn’t providing relief to Americans and it’s still borrowed money.
