It also bankrolls an Israeli-designated Palestinian terror group and has given millions more to groups that fund Hamas or have justified the terrorist group’s attacks against Israel.

When, in fact, Hamas gets material support from "charities" in the US, Europe and the Gulf States, in addition to Iran....who got it from the US government. Soros is in the midst of it too.
It's western nations that own that butchery in addition to Hamas.
But nothing from Russia but a photo op.

The US groups that do it have all long been supporters of the USSR. And in some cases, on the receiving end of Russian money.
The Russian communists looted Russia and used the money to finance communist groups in the US. Stolen Faberge Eggs financing revolution abroad...
