Anyone else notice how it used to be serial killers that we always had popping up, but now it’s mass shooters. We went from one to the other. Weird.
And based on the timeline reported in the press the shooter must have been extraordinarily skilled. The bar is 10 minutes from the bowling alley, and the entire attack at both places looks like it was over in less than 20 minutes.
The shooter may have only been in the bowling alley and the bar for a couple of minutes each.
Yet another government employee goes on a murder spree. Unfortunately it looks like this guy was an extremely well trained shooter.

My instinct on hearing these types of stories, for men or women who commit crimes, are that the family is creating a load of BS to deflect blame from their family member and make them appear its either not thsir fault or they were having mental problems.
The fact is if this stuff was happening to a family member you knew about, you’d tell them to take the dam hearing aids out, and/or offer some mental help suggestions, to the point if you felt they were dangerous unstable, get an involuntary commitment, like a 72 hour hold.
I think its trying to diffuse accountability/responsibility. They do this all the time for men and especially women.
None of that is relevant.

He was a fuel specialist, not a “SEAL type”. He was a good shot, and certified firearms instructor, but not for the military. Probably did some concealed carry training for local shooting clubs.
He kept hearing, “One-Eight-Seven-Seven Cars for Kids” lyrics.

I was reading the thread here when this first happened and why were the initial reports 22 confirmed dead and 40-50 injured and then 2 days later it’s 18 dead and 13 injured? How do the numbers go down?
