Better than quikcrete - it’s like that sticky insulation stuff you get from Home Depot that comes in a can. When you spray it, it quickly expands - then hardens very quickly. Military has applications for it which I can’t discuss.

It’s not BS - IDF can section off tunnels using this stuff. Then concentrate rescue efforts in the Sectioned off tunnel by pumping in gases to incapacitate anyone trapped
