St Judes hospital is full of young kids with cancer, which can strike at any age and there is no cure for cancer. Only thing they can do is delay death by surgery, radiation, chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Once body has lost ability to recognize cancer cells, it is beginning of the end.

H1-B no problem for doctors, lawyers, engineers, scientists.
90% of H1-B workers are in IT. That skill is so easy to learn, there are millions of computer programmers walking streets in so many other countries.
Doctors, lawyers, engineers, scientists etc skills are very hard to learn and takes decades to get good at it. None of them complain about competition from H1-B workers. I worked for 37 years in American industry as mechanical engineer and never had any competition from low IQ H1-B workers. I retired in 1998.

The H1-B was supposed to be only for highly-specialized skills which couldn’t be found in the US.
Instead, it has been used by Silicon Valley vermin to mass import cheap Third Workers to supplant US citizens.

Yes, without the foreign doctors American seniors would be deprived of medical care. There is a shortage of doctors especially specialists. It takes decades before a doctor earns good money. And he/she is on call 24/7. My daughter quit medical school, because she did not wish to sacrifice family life. Now she id doing clinical trials for new cancer drugs, a 9 to 5 job and is very happy.
