What makes people think Trump will be allowed to present evidence on his behalf? The Constitution? Does Trump suddenly have rights?
Probably what the unconstitutional treasonous Feds were after in the Mar Lago raid.
Trump called out China in the 2020 campaign, probably wasn’t just them. Could easily be anyone from Russia to Israel. Many international interests had a lot to lose if Trump was reelected.

The USCS refused to hear Trump’s case. They said that the Presidential candidate in a Presidential race had no standing.
Just that on it’s face is incredible.

Why didn't he present this classified information while he was still President? It would have been more appropriate and timely then.
Now they're going to go after him (again) for holding on to classified documents.
