NEW YORK (AP) — Lester Holt, Kristen Welker and Hugh Hewitt will moderate the third Republican presidential debate, scheduled for Nov. 8 in Miami, NBC said Wednesday.
The first one held outside the confines of Fox News, the two-hour debate will be seen at 8 p.m. Eastern on NBC and the NBC News Now streaming service.
Holt is the anchor of “NBC Nightly News” and Welker is the moderator of “Meet the Press.” Hewitt hosts a morning talk show for the Salem Radio Network, a co-sponsor of the debate.
Qualified participants will be announced later. Former President Donald Trump, leading in polls for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, skipped the first two debates and has given no indication he will be at any others.

I watched him early on. He’s a tool. Yeah, he started off as a liberal live-streaming the Occupy Wall Street protests and got a reality check and is now a decent center-right blogger and podcaster with millions of followers.

Hugh Hewitt was the biggest cheerleader for Mittens Romney in 2012.
Hugh also participated in the 2016 debates and was utterly useless. The wallpaper contributed more to the debate.

Hewitt is not a true conservative and I go way back before with him when he was on KFI AM in the morning. Or was it KABC?
No matter, he's quite the squish. Always, always giving his “good friends across the isle” lots of wiggle room. That's his problem, he really is good friends with lots of democrats. You might want to wonder why?
