Lookner saying from the scanner there might be a second person conspiring. I have my doubts there’s always reports of multiple gunmen when a mass shooting occurs and it never pans out.

Agreed. Almost never 2. Only cases of two I can think of is Columbine, the DC snipers and Boston Marathon bombing. Of those three, only the DC case had multiple locations.
