The state supreme courts are the lowest - not highest - courts in NY. Just FYI.

That is a strange ranking you have there in NY. Two levels above Supreme. Wow

At 150,000 each we are talking over $250 million. They spend than that housing the illegal immigrants.

I don't think it will cost much at all, since very few government workers fought those stupid mandates in the first place.
That's why the unions representing these workers didn't go to bat for them and fight the mandates ... because the vast majority of the union members were Branch Covidian fools.

I think my state’s courts should add a disclaimer to every decision, “ this Supreme Court is the trial court not the highest court in NY”. Out of staters are rightly confused by the name Supreme Court.

Leftard post disaster retroactive so-called wisdom. Closing the barn door after the horses escaped. Creating the mess and then taking credit for ‘fixing it’.
Good for the fired employees though but totally unnecessary.

Now what about manslaughter charges for all those old folks homes who assisted, through zero care, those thousands of old folks into the ground...

This is all well and good, but it doesn't address the actual problem, which is that any of these "mandates" were allowed in the first place.
What if the "vaccines" actually DID stop infection/transmission, but still had their high incidence of adverse reactions, permanent damage to immune systems, or whatever? Based on this ruling, they could still be mandated because they did stop infection/transmission. But they would also still be dangerous, not to mention entirely unnecessary (because 99.7%+ of the population is not remotely threatened by "COVID").
NO MANDATES! Period.
