Voter’s Choice Act
The County of Sacramento was one of the first five counties in California to implement the Voter’s Choice Act in 2018, expanding voting opportunities for all residents. All active, registered voters will automatically receive a ballot in the mail and voters can choose to return their ballot by mail (no postage required), return their ballot at a designated Ballot Drop Box location or Vote Center, or vote in-person at any Vote Center in Sacramento County.

I started laughing way before that...as soon as I saw “shocking.”
The mob probably doesn’t live in Rio Linda. They probably drove up from Del Paso Heights. It’s not that far. Rio Linda was mostly settled by the Okies in the mid nineteen thirties. They have a large Sikh population living there now. The lots are large and there are almost no sidewalks. Del Paso Heights is south of there across the freeway. It’s a former urban like area probably pretty bustling i the nineteen fifties. Now quite run down and the nicest buildings are a very large sheriff substation and a welfare office.
I’m sad to report that my local liquor store here in Bluffton SC was just robbed by three black women who rushed in and grabbed $1200 of expensive booze off the shelves. I expect them to be arrested and punished, but the black crime wave contagion is spreading.
