When DeSantis says things like this I loose all respect for him. He knows damn well where the blame is.
I know Congress thwarted him a lot, but he only managed to get 40-ish miles of new wall built. DeSantis is right. If he had managed to build more, the damage at the border would be less.

And if it were true, how do you account for the fact that DeSantis is committed to finishing Trump’s wall and taxing remissions to Mexico? Wouldn’t that be contrary to his alleged donors?
