Former Vice President Mike Pence’s already struggling 2024 presidential campaign has racked up debts upwards of $620,000, according to a campaign finance filing released over the weekend.
Pence’s campaign managed to raise just $3.3 million in the last quarter, a figure far below competitors in the GOP nominee race, considering the former Vice President himself contributed $150,000. Pence’s former running mate, Donald Trump, on the other hand, raised a whopping $45.5 million in the same quarter.
The filing also noted that it has just $1.2 million in cash to support the campaign, yet $200,000 cannot be deployed due to it having been raised by donors who have already provided the maximum amount for a primary campaign. The funds would only be available in a general election.
The last time a GOP candidate reported such high debts was former Governor of Wisconsin Scott Walker, who dropped out of the 2016 Republican nominee race days after revealing campaign debts of $161,000 – almost half a million dollars less than Pence.
“That debt number is gonna be impossible to pay back… When he drops out he’s going to have to do debt-retirement fundraisers,” admitted an anonymous ally of the former Vice President.
Worse still for Pence is that his campaign is yet to announce whether it has amassed the requisite 70,000 individual donors for the third Republican presidential debate on November 8th. Pence barely made the first debate’s requirement of only 40,000 individual donors and only reached the number within a couple of weeks of the debate.
Pence has taken to attacking his former running mate in a last-gasp bid to save his campaign, such as blaming Hamas terrorism on the 45th president and suggesting Trump is not conservative because he would attempt to broker peace in Ukraine, though to little avail. He has consistently polled below five percent since announcing his campaign.
Debt retirement fundraising dinners are in Pence’s future??
What with all the excitement, the stadiums filled to capacity, constant media coverage, all the Pence ‘24 flags and signs in people’s yards this comes as just such a big surprise! /sarcasm off

Switch from political hack aides to a Hollywood talent agent.
Mine his talents.
Look into his college student center basement comedy cavern standup routines.
Change his hair style and hair color to be more like George Clooney’s.
Get social media hits for rumors of top female celebrities who openly want him for hookups.
Get him on TV ads with a tuxedo and a model on each arm pitching for trendy and glamorous items.
He really is a horrible candidate. Then when you add in his newly found TDS he becomes a 1 % candidate. And you don’t want to be a 1% candidate like a Pataki or Christie.
He is banking on another fat book deal and endless appearances on CNN and MSLSD.
They’ll drop him like a hot potato, though, if he is no longer useful to them.
I’ll bet a lot of that debt is to useless “political consultants”.
I was all convinced to support and vote for a future Pence presidential bid — until he (needlesdly) started stabbing President Trump in the back. I cannot support anybody with such a serious character flaw. We get stuck with so many ethical basket cases in public office as it is.
What happened to 30 Pence?

RINO’s are good at increasing debt to the tune of more than 33 trillion dollars at last count.
If the GOPE and the Rats just accented that Trump was a good President, dropped their anger for not being the power behind the man we Ukraine would be comparatively well off, Saudi Arabia would be in the Abraham accords, Europe’s BS trade practices would be exposed, Iran would be negotiating (and not from a strong position) Trump would be a year away from being out of politics and Pence would probably be the nominee with possibly DeSantis as VP. The Rats would have Newsome to work with or maybe someone less Liberal under the circumstances. They shouldn’t have cheated.
Soros will pay for it.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Too bad
