Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) doubled down Friday on her criticism of Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), saying if he becomes Speaker, Republicans will lose control of the House in the next election — and rightly so.
“If Rs nominate Jordan to be Speaker, they will be abandoning the Constitution. They’ll lose the House majority and they’ll deserve to,” Cheney wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

What is her valid point?
Deposing McCarthy may backfire on Republicans and result in the election of a “bi partisan” new Speaker resulting from Republican - Democrat coalition who is far worse than Kevin McCarthy could ever be.

Every time the word “cheney” is used the propaganda of the Bush/Cheney regime comes to mind. Right after 9/11 these idiots kept telling the American people that Islam is “the religion of peace”. The result was over 6,000 brave young Americans dead, tens of thousands more physically and psychologically maimed and trillions squandered in “nation building”. The result is the situation we now find ourselves and more Hamas supporters and sympathizers within the US that existed before 9/11. Liz Cheney was rightly defeated. She and all her ilk must go. America needs decent, rational, patriotic leadership.

But that concerns McCarthy, not Jordan

I’m sick of her ridiculous rhetoric. How would you be abandoning the Constitution by selecting a Congressman as speaker?
There is a reason she’s not in the Congress anymore.

Two peas in a pod, the point of a new speaker is to put the “Ship of State” back on a course to Maximum liberty, the rule of law as written, and bury the Democrats.
Personal attacks are a low blow.
