Pushing them down to Egypt, who says they will not let them in. Look for Israel to suddenly build a nice wide road from the SE corner of Gaza and into Egypt to there. Israel will give them free water. And maybe manna in the desert.
Underlying facts:
Israel has not “occupied” Gaza for more than 17 years.They withdrew in 2006.
Hamas won an election in 2006. (Or maybe, an “election”).
That was the only election ever held in Gaza (Once-and-done-syndrome).
I wonder why they rated it as 6,000 bombs? Bombs vary, even in WWII, so since then damage in rated in “tons”. And from there, bombs are rated by type and if there are unusual effects.
Of late, the US prefers the Small Diameter Bomb (SDB), and have sold a LOT of them to Israel.

They can punch through feet of reinforced concrete then delay detonation until they have penetrated their target.
They are also GPS guided and have great accuracy even at distance, a plane dropping them, then they glide a great distance before hitting their targets.
If they don’t have any electricity, how are they supposed to know on such short notice that they need to move south?
Either this means they are going in tomorrow or they are going to turn Gaza into a sandbox
Terrorist scum and their enabler will move but will first move women and children to the north.
It would be hard to get 1.1 million low-IQ people even pointed in the same direction in 24 hours, let alone moving that way.

I would imagine that this is to allow Israel to go full mmedieval on Hezbollah, should Hezbollah decide to open a second front in the north.
Let me be the first to say: We may see the first use of a nuclear weapon in the next 72 hours by Israel. 10-100kt max airburst. Sends a hell of a message.
They can walk south 5 miles or so, and they’ll be safe...for this round. Then I suspect that Israel will occupy the Northern third of Gaza, and let back in legitimate refugees (not that there will be much to go back to). Then they’ll clean out the middle third, then the southern third.
That’s how it looks to me. The non-combatants will have a place to retreat to, when the real fireworks start.

4. Buildings, vehicles, construction materials will all be green.
5. Sinai will be the Green model for which all the world will aspire to so we can end climate change once and for all.
6. The UN will move their headquarters to the new Palestine and will relocate their embassies to Sinai.
7. The world will celebrate the new country.
8. Nuke the new country from orbit.... just to be sure.
