If they don’t have any electricity, how are they supposed to know on such short notice that they need to move south?
They probably dropped pamphlets/fliers too.
How far is it from Gaza City to below the Wadi? I’ve seen plenty of cars, donkey carts, and many people walking while watching the Live Cams the past few days. I don’t think they’re unused to a longer hike.
Pack up the bare necessities, make sure you have good shoes & enough water for everyone and start walking. The elderly and infirm can be ferried in cars, also moms with newborns/infants if possible. Have plans for water to be placed along the main paths & at the gathering points South. (I’m sure there is plenty in those tunnels)
War is Hell & they started it ... sorry, not sorry
IDF has been dropping leaflets with warnings.
the notice to the UN is putting HAMAS on notice that putting the women and children of the HAMAS fighters that the UN has been sheltering in “UN” sponsored schools have to move along. I’d hate to be a non Israeli military age male in Gaza. Life expectancy of a sand flea.

That’s the UN’s problem.
