IDF says it launched massive strikes on ‘nest of terror’ in Gaza City

The Israel Defense Forces says it launched massive airstrikes against a neighborhood of Gaza City, targeting more than 100 sites.

The IDF says the neighborhood, dubbed by the army al-Furqan after a mosque in the area, is a “nest of terror” used by Hamas to launch attacks against Israel.

Dozens of fighter jets participated in the strikes, the IDF adds.

Separately, the IDF says it hit an underground tunnel for smuggling weapons and equipment in the Rafah area, on the Egypt-Gaza border.

Egyptian official: Israel telling us it’s readying for months-long ground campaign

Israel is readying for a months-long ground campaign in Gaza, an Egyptian official tells The Times of Israel, saying that this message has been passed along from Jerusalem to Cairo.

The Egyptian official says Israel has thus far dismissed Cairo’s efforts to mediate any sort of de-escalation, indicating that it wants to deal a knock-out blow to Hamas before entertaining the idea of a ceasefire.

I've been killing flies in the house since I got up and saw them in the kitchen window. A few sprays of window cleaner and they drop to the window sill and then I grab them with a piece of paper towel and smash/wad up the towel and wish I could be doing the same thing to these DAMNED terrorscum in person except replace the window cleaner with a Round dipped in Pic fat and blood.
