The Federal Government should be closed down for a minimum of one year. My guess, assuming no false flag attacks from the “Agencies” to prove their need to be, most departments could be closed.

However, the last Republican I saw with an actual plan to accomplish something, was Steve Bannon. Now, Bannon has a lot of issues, but the man can strategize. Since then, nothing.
Even Trump, who was magnificent, was totally unprepared for the 2020 election. And he had MONTHS to prepare.
Yeah, I know…swamp creatures, Soros DAs, WEF, Pelosi, the boogeyman, and the usual suspects conspired against him. Maybe. But there was NO PLAN.
Thus, until something actually materialize resembling strategic vision, IMHO this whole thing is bread and circuses.

The one with a plan seems to be Charlie Kirk. he’s been trying to get Rs to pay attention but most of the ones with any clout, don’t want Trump so they want to keep touting the “we need to get voters to the polls” line and ignore the fraud.
I’m not optimistic that we’ll take the WH.
You wanna see a real RINO, consider Brian Fitzpatrick at 26%, the lowest rated "Republican" in the house, a favorite of gun grabber groups and labor unions. Interestingly he would be the most conservative democRAT, assuming his votes would have been the same. But that wouldn't be the case as he would be under constant pressure to toe the party line and vote the "correct" way.
Having lived through WW II and remember when Roosevelt died, I am aware how many times we have been disappointed by our elected traitors.
