Bowman's office circulated a memo urging his fellow Democrats to defend him after he pulled the fire alarm
Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., was called out again on Monday for a statement he issued condemning his office's "messaging guidance" on him pulling the fire alarm, which referred to his Republican colleagues as "Nazis."

Congressman who pulled House fire alarm takes heat for calling Republicans ‘Nazis’
“There was inappropriate use of the term without my consent,” said Rep. Jamaal Bowman.
So Non-Spartacus Bowman wants his fellow Nazis to cover his ass?
They should release the full video. FOIA.
What kind of Nazis? The good Ukrainian kind? Or the bad Hitler kind. These communists need to give complete definitions instead of doublespeak.
Shall Bowman’s nickname be NaziFireAlarm?
Scum thug demonrat. Kick him out!
Only a Nazi would be the first one to remove emergency exit signs, and fraudulently set off a fire alarm to interrupt the course of government. That, or they’d simply set the building on fire, and let everyone inside perish.
Jammal Bowman’s story WRT pulling a fire alarm keeps changing:
<><>he was confused,
<><>he was panicked,
<><>he had to go to the bathroom
<><>the emergency door wouldnt open
<><>he’s a victim of Nazis
<><>he’s oppressed; cant read; went to lousy schools
<><>he thought he smelled smoke,
<><>he didnt happen to have a fire extinguisher on him
<><>he always wanted to be a fireman
The guy’s as pure as the driven snow. He’s a Congressman, he had no criminal intent.
As Hillary said, “he didnt mean it.”
They need to stick to one story. How about “he’s an idiot. “
At least two sigma to the left of the bell curve.
That is bad.
The kind that sets fire to the Reichstag and blames it on the opposition?

Jamaal Bowman’s fire alarm stunt was criminal and unethical.
Journos say “fugeddabatit.”
Rep. Jamaal Bowman pulled a fire alarm to disrupt a House vote over funding the government. Don’t believe his BS excuse about thinking it would open a door. The man’s a former middle-school principal, and there’s no way on earth he could have gotten confused about what the fire alarm would do.
This is an assault on democracy, a grave crime against the Republic. Or so we’d be hearing from the media — if Bowman belonged to the other party.
Can you imagine the outcry if Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene or Matt Gaetz had pulled this stunt? Wall-to-wall-to-wall-to-wall coverage. A 24-hour live feed on CNN devoted to the end of America as we know it. Screaming thinkpieces from the Times op-ed page about Trump, Trump, Trump! Tweet threads stretching to the horizon and beyond accusing the perp of working for the Russians (or acting through internalized white supremacy).

Sweep it under the rug, boys and girls; Bowman’s a made guy and can’t be touched.
And remember: What Bowman did is not just moronically irresponsible and wrong. It’s a literal crime: Pulling a fire alarm for fun in DC is a misdemeanor offense that can pack a six-month sentence. If he were to be charged with illegal obstruction of congressional proceedings, he could face felony time.
And the same news outlets now trying to make this go away would now be demanding the full force of the law fall on his head. The whole sordid affair is yet more proof that all the hyperventilation in the liberal press about norms is just hot air.

Bowman ‘should have known better’ than to pull fire alarm
Retired deputy sheriff says “This is a ‘Serious offense’”
‘It is not possible to accidentally pull a fire alarm’
Rep. Bowman caused panic, wasted resources by pulling fire alarm, retired deputy sheriff says. New York Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman “should have known better” than to pull a fire alarm in Congress amid potential government shutdown chaos, according to a retired deputy sheriff with 28 years of experience.
Joy Farrow, who spent years in Broward County Sheriff’s Office in South Florida and co-authored “Street Smart Safety for Women,” expects better from an elected official.
“Representative Bowman should have known better,” Farrow told FOX News Digital.

Bowman spoke with reporters about the controversy and insisted his action was a simple mistake. Farrow doesn’t buy his claim. “It is not possible to accidentally pull a fire alarm. They are designed with the word ‘fire alarm’ in red with the handle, in a separate red box that is only for emergencies,” she said. “You’re taught this from a very young age.”
Farrow worked road patrol before transferring to the sheriff’s office following the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. Needless to say, she’s seen it all and believes Bowman not only caused disorder, but also wasted valuable resources.
“When somebody is intentionally pulling a fire alarm, first off, you’re causing panic and people can be injured,” Farrow said. “The resources that are used to send to a fire, police, the fire department, all the people from the building. There’s a lot of people involved and a lot of resources that are being wasted,” she added. “But they don’t know that until they get there and investigate.”

Bowman, a member of the left’s group of House progressives known as “The Squad,” is being investigated by Capitol Police after pulling a fire alarm Saturday morning in one of the House of Representatives’ three office buildings amid the chaos of lawmakers scrambling to avert a government shutdown.
When asked if he fears any repercussions from his actions, Bowman said, “Listen, I take responsibility for what I did, you know, but like I said, I was in a rush to go vote. And, you know, the investigation will sort everything else out.”
Bowman is also a former school principal, a tidbit that isn’t lost on Farrow. “If a student in high school pulled the fire alarm, and they were caught, it’s a misdemeanor,” she said, noting that the jurisdiction would decide on specific punishment and “disrupting an official proceeding is a felony,” so Bowman’s case is even worse than if a student did it. “It is a serious offense, and every adult knows the only reason to pull the fire alarm, is a fire, if there’s smoke, a serious emergency,” she said.
Bowman’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Supporters of Bowman, include fellow leftist Squad member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY. Lefty panelists from ABC News’ “The View,” have defended him.
