U2’s Bono has declared that America is now at a “low ebb” — a possible insult to President Joe Biden, who is facing record-low popularity among voters in the face of runaway inflation, a tsunami of illegal aliens, and endless taxpayer funding for the endless war in Ukraine.
In an interview this week with Britain’s Channel 4, the rocker refused to utter what he called the “T-word,” meaning former President Donald Trump. He also didn’t mention Biden during the conversation.

U2’s early roots were political and social. But I think Bono is also a business man, like so many artists become. After Pride (in the name of love) about MLK helped U2 a lot in the US market (the gold mine for musicians), you will notice later he had opinions about things like apartheid. He was bit by the bleeding heart bug, and I’m not going to say it wasn’t genuine emotion, but I think it can be broken down to other inspirations as well.

Years ago, I watched a South Park episode where Bono was the world’s largest turd.
I have believed so ever since.
Man when I saw U2 on their first US tour in 1980 in NYC I never in a million years would have thought people would still be talking about Bono in 2023 . They were good that night but I never bought any of their albums .
Thank you for your opinion, however did we ask you? You are good as a singer, but please why do you and others (singers, actors, high school drop outs) talk about things you don’t know about.
