Just 247 days since President Joe Biden took the keys to the Oval Office, a majority of people appear to want him evicted and former President Donald Trump back.
In a stunning turnaround, likely voters today said that given a second chance at Election Day, they’d pick Trump over either Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris. And by a country mile.
The latest Rasmussen Reports survey set for release this morning said that in a Trump-Biden election, Trump would win 51%-41%. Independent voters would overwhelmingly choose the Republican, by 20 points, over the incumbent.

My guess: If Harris ran against Trump, those digits would be reversed. He'd stomp her by 31%, perhaps more. If less than that, then I've underestimated how dumb the average US voter is.

When I plug the numbers into my calculator I get 1348 days
The ABC/WaPo survey of earlier this week gave Trump a 10 pt lead, as well.
That survey’s internals were 25% Dem, 25% GOP and 47% Independent, and those internals are what ABC has used for a long time. Their result was +6% Trump earlier this year, so with the same sampling total, he expanded his lead.
Does anyone know the internals from Rasmussen. I did not look. I presumed subscription reqd.
