General Mark Milley, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is departing from the highest-ranking military position in the country at midnight on Sept. 30 and will be replaced by Biden-appointed nominee Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr.
Milley received a clapout as he left the Pentagon on Thursday for the last time.

George Floyd's fate had little to do with police and a lot to do with drug addiction and a counter-productive criminal lifestyle where he was a constant problem to everyone around him, especially women. But that does not appear to be the lesson learned by Charlie Brown, now the most powerful military man in the world.
